SIGNUP SHEET NOTE:

We are asking for emergency contact information. To protect everybody’s privacy we will frequently check the signup sheet and copy the sensitive info and replace it with “xxxxx”. We will bring a hard-copy of the complete signup sheet to the event, in case the emergency info is needed, hopefully not! The sheet content will be completely deleted immediately after the event.
