We settled on the venue for NEVA. We are excited about pulling it off one more time and hope everybody else is too.

Come and join us for a couple of days of great rides and camaraderie in one of the North East best riding areas. The first weekend in August has historically been good weather and has become the weekend blocked in many calendars to come to the NEVA Rally. Spread the word and see you in the Catskills of NY!
Camping and Food:
Here is how it works: There will be a group camping area. You need to call the campground and reserve a site. Ask for Patty and mention NEVA.

Tent camping is $ 15/person per night.
The meal plan which includes dinner Thursday, breakfast and dinner Friday and Saturday and breakfast Sunday, is $ 105.

Motel and Food:

Unfortunately, they do not have any Plan B rooms left, just Plan A or C rooms are available.
Plan A rooms they only rent as double occupancy. The cost of these rooms is $413/person (double occupancy, 2 Adults).
Plan C rooms are $ 358/person (double occupancy, 2 Adults). If there is only 1 person in the room, there is a 25% surcharge.

What’s Included?
Room Rates Include Breakfast and Dinner (= $105 Value)
All rates are per person, per stay (1-night, Weekend, Weekly, etc.)
Rates are based on double occupancy (2 Adults) – Single occupancy add 25%
Children under 3 years old stay free.
Rates are subject to 8% Sales Tax.
Dogs are welcomed for $5 per day, per dog.
Blackthorne offers wheelchair and handicapped accessible rooms
Check-in Time is 3PM, Check-out Time is 11am.
$100 Deposit Required Per Room
Deposits are 90% refundable if we are notified of cancellation two weeks prior to arrival. If we are notified less than two weeks before arrival, you can use your deposit towards another stay with us valid for up to one year
NOTES:
You must contact Blackthorne Resort to book your own reservation. If you don’t want meals or can’t do 3 nights you can work out the rate with them. They also have a lot of RV sites if that's something you're interested in, but you will need to inquire with them.
$100 deposit for rooms.
$25 deposit for tent campers.
(90% refundable up to two weeks prior)
